Therapy is often about helping us make changes in ourselves and in the quality of our relationships with others. There are times when sadness, worry, and conflict become pervasive in our lives and we decide that we would be best served by joining with an experienced professional to make changes. I feel very at home in this process of challenge and change.

 

My approach to therapy combines research and experience about how our brain, body, and emotions are integrally involved in how we respond to life stressors. I have found that clients can make changes when they understand how they function across these three dimensions.

 

I have deep empathy for the challenges that people face in life and I am honored to work with clients during what can sometimes be a very difficult journey.
